Return and exchange policy |
To avoid cancellation of your order, total amount due must be paid within 3 business working days from the day of order.
If you are not satisfied with any products or in any case require replacement or exchange, please contact us for instruction before returning the goods.
The goods to be returned will need to be in its original packaging and condition. Please provide us with original receipt and invoice within 10 business working days of purchase, with postage paid.
Lost and damage is very rare, in which case, Pinkietoes will be happy to replace the original order. Please contact us first for instructions. |
